How it all started….

Beginning in May of 2005 I had a friend J Scott who invited me to come to West Virginia for the first time. For a few years we came to Upshur County, West Virginia riding four wheelers. I then started coming to the southern part of West Virginia riding Hatfield-McCoy Trails and Outlaw Trails. Four wheelers eventually turned into side by sides and the trips became more frequent. My wife, Erin, made her first trip to ride in September of 2021 and fell in love with southern WV. Soon after that trip, we decided to get a four-seater side by side, so we could bring our 2 boys to ride.

We then decided to have a vacation home and settled in Bluewell, WV. In May of 2022 we found this little house that quickly became our home away from home. It needed a name and we couldn’t think of anything finer than OC’s Cabin, named after our 2 boys, Owen and Carson. We spent the rest of 2022 remodeling the house, that quickly grew into a cabin atmosphere and enjoying it when we could. Now it’s time to share our spot with you, your family, and friends. We hope that you enjoy our quiet little cabin as much as we do.
